Dr. Christopher Clark

DDS

Dr. Christopher Clark is from Conway, Arkansas. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Central Arkansas where he earned his Bachelor of Science in biology. His education continued at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where he completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2022. He began his dental career as an associate dentist in a small central Arkansas town where he treated patients from all walks of life. Dr. Clark’s knowledge and passion for dentistry radiates through his genuine care and positivity. He impacts his patients by helping them feel more confident in their smile.

In his free time, Dr. Clark enjoys spending time with his friends and family, along with hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors. He is excited for his next chapter serving the community of Chattanooga.

Dr. Jerod ("Jay") Fritts

DMD

Dr. Jerod (“Jay”) Fritts grew up in the small town of Collinsville, Mississippi. He attended the University of Mississippi where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry before receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry.

Jay’s desire to pursue dentistry developed around the same time he began pursuing his relationship with Jesus. The teachings Jesus both taught and embodied—to love your neighbor (Matthew 22:39) and to serve “the least of these” (Matthew 25:40)—were both fundamentally simple and yet profoundly transformative during his academic journey. Those truths continue to shape not only the way he practices dentistry, but also the way he strives to live each day.

Jay often says that while dentistry is his career, his identity is found only within Jesus. It is through that relationship with Christ that he seeks to become the kind of healthcare professional Christ calls him to be—one who serves with unwavering integrity, gracious humility, and genuine compassion, always placing the patient first.

When Jay isn’t caring for patients, you’ll likely find him in the gym, on the tennis court, at the piano, exploring a hiking trail, or relaxing with a good comedy. His favorite shows include Parks and Recreation, The Office, and How I Met Your Mother.

Dr. Bradley Earls

DMD

Bradley Earls is originally from the small town of Lizella, Georgia. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, Georgia, with minors in Chemistry and Biology. It was during his time at Georgia College that he met his wife, a relationship that continues to be one of the greatest blessings in his life.

Following graduation, Dr. Earls spent two years working as a crown and bridge dental laboratory technician before pursuing his dream of becoming a dentist. This experience provided him with a strong appreciation for the technical precision and craftsmanship behind restorative dentistry. He went on to graduate as a member of the inaugural class of Lincoln Memorial University College of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Earls’ Christian faith is the foundation of his life and the driving force behind his career. He chose dentistry because it allows him the privilege of serving people during times of need while striving to reflect Christ’s love and compassion in every patient interaction. His goal is not only to provide exceptional dental care but also to be a positive influence and a light for the Lord in the lives of those he serves.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Earls enjoys spending time with his wife and embracing the outdoors. Whether hunting, fishing, playing golf, or simply enjoying God’s creation, he appreciates any opportunity to be outside with family and friends.

The Mission of Revive Dental

We are a community dental center focused on patients who need low-cost dental care, especially uninsured individuals and those enrolled in addiction recovery programs. We offer a wide range of treatment options for patients in need, including extractions, dentures, root canals, and even more sophisticated treatment such as crowns and implants.

We are a faith-based, Christian non-profit community dental center. Our clinicians are volunteers dedicated to serving others. Our goal is to “love our neighbors” and to demonstrate the love of Christ in action. We fully believe we can impact the community in a positive way by providing dental care to folks. Many of our volunteers are leaders in their field and accomplished clinicians practicing in the Chattanooga area.

The staff is kind, efficient, and prices are affordable: $60 for an exam, $40 for scheduling (applied to your balance), $105 for extractions, $80 for fillings, and $65 for cleanings. Text responses are quick, but they get many calls. Affordable care for non-insurance patients!
