Dr. Matt Johnson

DDS

Dr. Matt Johnson grew up in the small farming community of Idaho Falls, ID. Working as a farm and ranch hand taught him the value of work hard, and his Christian values taught him that “when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God”. These two principles led him to pursue a career in dentistry. He attended Utah Valley University for college, where he enjoyed singing in an acapella vocal group, working part time as a phlebotomist, and where he met his wife, Kalissa. He then completed dental school at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His favorite part of dental school was working with a wide variety of patients from different backgrounds and building positive relationships while helping them achieve a healthy, confident smile. Some of his hobbies include playing pickle ball and mountain biking with his wife, serving in his church, and listening to podcasts. He is excited to serve the Chattanooga community!

Dr. Austin Toler

DMD

Austin Toler grew up in Madison, Mississippi. He attended Mississippi College where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology-Medical Sciences. He then worked in his father’s practice for a year before attending dental school at The University of Mississippi School of Dentistry. As a third-generation dentist, Austin learned the philosophy of service to others in dentistry by observing the practice approach of his father and grandfather. Austin and his wife, Madeline, are parents of two children. In his free time, Austin enjoys spending time with family and pursuing hobbies such as music, woodworking, home improvement, and automotive restoration. With a lifelong interest in building and creating, Austin is excited to serve Chattanooga at Revive Dental.

Dr. Walter Stallings

DDS

Dr. Walter Caleb Stallings was born and raised in Enterprise, MS. He is happily married to Morgan Stallings, a dedicated teacher who shares his commitment to serving the community. He finds joy in the outdoors and values spending time with people. Dr. Stallings earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Mississippi State University and went on to graduate from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. His desire to become a dentist was fueled by his love for people and his calling as a believer in Christ to serve others. He views dentistry as a means to transform lives, providing quality care that not only addresses oral health but also touches patients’ lives with compassion and love. His approach is rooted in building relationships with his patients and creating memorable, positive experiences during their visits. Dr. Stallings is excited to bring his dedication, his skills, and his compassionate care to the community of Chattanooga, and he is honored to be a member of the dental profession. He looks forward to serving the patients of Revive with excellence and love.

The Mission of Revive Dental

We are a community dental center focused on patients who need low-cost dental care, especially uninsured individuals and those enrolled in addiction recovery programs. We offer a wide range of treatment options for patients in need, including extractions, dentures, root canals, and even more sophisticated treatment such as crowns and implants.

The Values at Revive Dental

We are a faith-based, Christian non-profit community dental center. Our clinicians are volunteers dedicated to serving others. Our goal is to “love our neighbors” and to demonstrate the love of Christ in action. We fully believe we can impact the community in a positive way by providing dental care to folks. Many of our volunteers are leaders in their field and accomplished clinicians practicing in the Chattanooga area.

I recently became a patient at Revive Dental, and they exceeded my expectations. The staff is kind, efficient, and prices are affordable: $60 for an exam, $40 for scheduling (applied to your balance), $105 for extractions, $80 for fillings, and $65 for cleanings. Text responses are quick, but they get many calls. Affordable care for non-insurance patients!
